Barb & Alex are awesome. She took the challenge at the beginning of the worst selling season. She got great photos and listed at the peak holiday season. She held an open house at the start of the holiday season and got a serious offer in 3 weeks. Barb brought her own decor accessories (bed and bath linens) for staging, provided all the selling literature and open house signage. She even picked up a shovel and cleared the sidewalk up to the front door. Top notch and then some.

Barb was very knowledgeable and not "pushy". She had answers to questions that I had and advice on colors to paint and what to do to help with the appearance of my condo. The only thing is I wish she had told me she was leaving for 3 weeks before I signed the contract. Her son was able to step into her shoes, but Barb was my primary contact.
