All I can say about Barb Healy......Awesome Awesome Lady to work with!!!!!! She went over and beyond her duties because, I had relocating back to California and my property was in Woodridge, IL. When I saw my listing, I was blown away my listing looked amazing. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. I had 3 offers in 1st day and I sold my property on the 2nd day. How Awesome is that? Barb walked me through every step from the beginning to the end of the process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I would recommend Barb Healy of Baird & Warner to everyone I know. She's a true professional and a genuine nice lady. Call her...... she's Great!

I had a house at Bolingbrook to sell and I had found Barb Healy online, having a high review rating. I gave her the selling contract after asking a few key questions and viewed the property. Then she got ready the contact next day, gave me suggestions, prepared the brochure. Ready, set and go. There were a lot of viewings to be scheduled. she planned them well and drawn a lot of attentions. I was keeping posted timely on all the showings. We decided to choose one from multi offers. The property was sold within two and a half months. I strongly suggest using her services if you are buying a property. Ryan

Barb has been everything we had hoped for in going through our first home buying process. She was knowledgable about the homes and prices in each neighboring location, was extremely patient with us, gave us genuine perspective on each lot, and provided us with all the information we needed to make sure the process was smooth and most importantly fun! Barb was able to provide us with great referrals for third party services we were going to need and made our experience one to remember! Tough to find someone who makes you feel as if you are their only customer when we know she is one the busiest ladies around but she managed to do just that! We loved working with her!Need an agent?
