Barb Healy was easy to work with. She came to our first meeting fully prepared and local comps for me to see. She was knowledgeable about selling and what sells. The process was smooth and stress free as was the real estate lawyer she referred. Communication was great and very responsive to my texts and emails. She guided me through the offer process and gave suggestions but didn't tell me what I should do or push me to make any decision.
