Barb helped me find a townhouse in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago. From the start to the finish Barb was very responsive and caring. She always accommodated my schedule. She had materials and information on hand for every property we visited. She made sure not to waste any of my valuable time. She only suggested properties that met my requirements, which included allowing pets and being in a certain price range. She was honest and upfront about everything. She put in my offers in a timely fashion and kept me updated on response from sellers promptly. Once I finally found the property I wanted and the offer was accepted by the seller; she guided me through all the next steps all the way up to the closing.
