Barb helped me find a townhouse in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago. From the start to the finish Barb was very responsive and caring. She always accommodated my schedule. She had materials and information on hand for every property we visited. She made sure not to waste any of my valuable time. She only suggested properties that met my requirements, which included allowing pets and being in a certain price range. She was honest and upfront about everything. She put in my offers in a timely fashion and kept me updated on response from sellers promptly. Once I finally found the property I wanted and the offer was accepted by the seller; she guided me through all the next steps all the way up to the closing. If your looking for a great realtor to work with in finding a home or selling your home, I would highly recommend Barb.

Our interactions with Barb were over a 7-month process! We asked her to take us on 74 home tours and yet she treated every visit like it was our first. Barb was a true professional and always wanted to update us on her knowledge of the area, neighborhoods and parks - we were grateful she always put US first and we can't thank her enough! Met Barb at an open house down the street from our house. Very impressive. Worked with her on and off for 6 months getting my house ready to sell. Sadly, we listed it with her as the state shut down due to the covid-19 outbreak. She did an great job setting up everything from staging to pictures and presentation on the internet. Once the covid restrictions eased off, we had a bunch of showings in a short period of time and the house sold quickly.
