I contacted Barb when I decided to move from Georgia to Downers Grove. Barb spent over 2 weeks looking for apartments, condos, houses and town homes that would fit my needs while I concentrated on selling my home. When I visited to look at places, Barb worked with me for 3 full days from the beginning of day til well into the night finding the right place. Barb is an expert in her field. She is passionate in her job and helping others. Barb came with me to the inspection and closing. She answered all questions that I had with absolute knowledge. We had a fantastic experience with Barb Healy!! When we first met her, we were impressed with her. She was very nice. Very knowledgeable of the area. She knew of the house and a lot of it's history. She pointed out all of the good and bad aspects of the house. Which were not many of the bad at all, but was impressed that she didn't try to hide anything from us. After the first showing, when we had questions she responded quickly and was attentive to our needs as potential new home owners. And it didn't matter what time it was, she was there for us. When we told her we wanted to put a bid in, she was excited for us and I thought that was nice to see her genuinely happy for us to join the neighborhood. Throughout the whole process she was great! After we signed, she met us back at the house to take our picture with the sold sign. I don't think we could have had a better experience. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home. She's going to treat you right and exceed your expectations!
