I have already recommended Barb to friends to use as their realtor, that's how confident I am in her skills. She brought a great deal of confidence in her knowledge and ability to get us a GREAT price when we sold our home. She also brought a sense of calm and very hands on guidance on how to prepare and show our home. Barb was aggressive with our asking price and we sold in 3 days. I'm normally not a " give a review" type of person but in this case the decision was easy. Barb has earned our respect and trust because she did everything she said she would and much more. If you're looking for a realtor I would suggest to call and talk with her at a minimum. Good luck with your sale or purchase.

I contacted Barb when I decided to move from Georgia to Downers Grove. Barb spent over 2 weeks looking for apartments, condos, houses and town homes that would fit my needs while I concentrated on selling my home. When I visited to look at places, Barb worked with me for 3 full days from the beginning of day til well into the night finding the right place. Barb is an expert in her field. She is passionate in her job and helping others. Barb came with me to the inspection and closing. She answered all questions that I had with absolute knowledge. I would recommend Barb Healy to anyone looking for their first home or those looking for retirement places. Thank you Barb!!

We had a fantastic experience with Barb Healy!! When we first met her, we were impressed with her. She was very nice. Very knowledgeable of the area. She knew of the house and a lot of it's history. She pointed out all of the good and bad aspects of the house. Which were not many of the bad at all, but was impressed that she didn't try to hide anything from us. After the first showing, when we had questions she responded quickly and was attentive to our needs as potential new home owners. And it didn't matter what time it was, she was there for us. When we told her we wanted to put a bid in, she was excited for us and I thought that was nice to see her genuinely happy for us to join the neighborhood. Throughout the whole process she was great! After we signed, she met us back at the house to take our picture with the sold sign. I don't think we could have had a better experience. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home. She's going to treat you right and exceed your expectations!

Barbara was an unbelievable help in guiding us thru the purchase negotiation process with all of the other parties including our own lender. Very responsive to all of our questions from day 1 with our initial offer thru attendance at our closing! We feel like she is a part of our family and was really after our Best Interest.
