Barb Healy has exceeded our expectations as a realtor. When we were considering realtors, she rose to the top by providing a professional packet including reasonable comparable homes, with notes regarding differences between our house and the others. Barb offered excellent advice regarding updates or areas to concentrate on when preparing our home. She did a great job explaining the home sale process. Once on the market, Barb arranged for two open houses, and we were notified of numerous showing dates/times. The whole process was easy and stress free, thanks to Barb. Our house sold in less than 1 month from the listing date.
