We had a fantastic experience with Barb Healy!! When we first met her, we were impressed with her. She was very nice. Very knowledgeable of the area. She knew of the house and a lot of it's history. She pointed out all of the good and bad aspects of the house. Which were not many of the bad at all, but was impressed that she didn't try to hide anything from us. After the first showing, when we had questions she responded quickly and was attentive to our needs as potential new home owners. And it didn't matter what time it was, she was there for us. When we told her we wanted to put a bid in, she was excited for us and I thought that was nice to see her genuinely happy for us to join the neighborhood. Throughout the whole process she was great! After we signed, she met us back at the house to take our picture with the sold sign. I don't think we could have had a better experience. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home. She's going to treat you right and exceed your expectations!

Barb Healy has been the best real estate agent I have ever had. Barb sold my home in 3 months. In fact she sold it twice ( the first contract fell through). There was a showing almost every other day and multiple showing in one day. She had a couple of open houses and in the end we had multiple offers.
